Orders

Simply add the item in the preferred size and colour to your shopping cart. Proceed to check out for payment once you have added your desired items to your cart.

Yes, you will need to register for an account to start purchasing with us. This will allow you to check out each time with greater ease as you can save the various mailing addresses that you may want to direct the parcel to.

You will be able to cart out the item as long as it is available on our site. If you are unable to cart out any item, it means that the item might be out of stock. Do check back the item's stock availability shown on the website by refreshing its respective product page.

We currently accept VISA/MasterCard credit card/debit card payments via PayDollar, a secure payment gateway.

Key in the respective discount code under the "DISCOUNT" section and press the "APPLY DISCOUNT" button in the CHECKOUT page.

Due to security reasons, we are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is also because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please drop us your request via email to customers@loveandbravery.com so that we can better assist you. A gentle note that no cash refund will be given for such order cancellations and store credits with a three-month validity period will be issued instead.

Shopping

Backorders and restocks are highly dependent on demand level. As such, we regret that we are not able to open backorder for or restock all sold-out designs.
To be notified when the item is back in stock, please join our waiting list by submitting your name and email address on the product page and click the "JOIN WAITING LIST" button.

A backorder will arrive in 6-8 weeks’ time. We will place the order with our factory first before launching online.
Once launched online, there are limited slots available for each size. Backorders do not close unless all slots are taken up (sold out). If there is demand, a second backorder might open. 

To place an order for a backorder item, simply add the item into your cart and check out. The item will be processed and delivered via your preferred delivery mode 2-3 working days after its shipment arrival. 

We do our best to ensure that the backorders arrive within the stipulated time. However, there are times where we experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather (typhoon) or custom port checks. We will inform you if such a situation arises via email.

You will be able to find and shop items that are currently on backorder via the "BACKORDER" section, under "CURRENT BACKORDERS" tab.

Measurements are provided for each design online, we measure our items laid flat across/down in inches. You may do the same with your own clothes for a better gauge.

We encourage all our items to be hand-washed and detergents/powder used shouldn't be too strong that might cause colours to fade. We also encourage steaming or ironing with low heat.

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars. For overeseas customers, your credit card issuing bank will convert your country's currency to Singapore Dollars.

Delivery

Yes, we do provide International Shipping via ARAMEX. The shipping charges will be calculated at check-out.

Your order in your account will be updated and the status will be reflected in your order. You will also receive email updates sent automatically by our system once your order is updated.

You can choose your preferred delivery modes for in-stock item(s) and backorder item(s) separately.
A gentle note that we are unable to provide a combined delivery/shipping of in-stock item(s) and backorder item(s). 

Complimentary standard courier will be provided for local orders (consisting of either in-stocks only or backorders only) above S$120.

A gentle note that we require 2 - 3 working days to process and deliver all orders to your chosen location.
You will be notified via email when your order is ready for your collection, hence please wait for the notification before heading down.


*Self-collection of online orders are required to be made from the respective stores within a month after the 'Ready for Collection' email notification has been sent. A gentle note that uncollected orders will be sent back to HQ and additional charges for alternate deliveries may be incurred on customer's end.

All confirmed orders (without backorders) will be processed for shipping/delivery to retail stores within 2-3 working days.

We offer standard courier and self-collection for local orders:

Standard Courier: $2.80 (1 working day to reach your doorstep)
Self-collection: Free of Charge (2-3 working days)

The shipping fee is dependent on the destination country and will be calculated at the check-out page. 

For local customers:
Once you receive the update that your order has been shipped, you may track your order via Roadbull's website and key in RB_'LAB' together with your order number. For example: RB_LAB123456

For overseas customers:
Once you receive the update that your order has been shipped, you may track your order via Aramex's website and key in the given airwaybill number.

Gift Cards

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase here!

All Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Technical

Our office hours are from Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm and we will respond to all emails within one working day.
However, there might be instances that your email gets missed, we sincerely apologize for the delay so go ahead and send us a chaser by sending us an email with a different subject head.

Kindly refrain from sending a chaser email via the original email thread, as this will push your email up to the top of our list, leading to a further delay in our response.
