FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
You can return your item(s) to us for store credits which has a three-month validity period.
- Returns must be done within 14 days from the shipping date/from the date of delivery to retail stores.
To process your return:
1) Log into your Account
2) Click on 'Order History'
3) Click on the order that you wish to return
4) Click on 'Return Items' tab. If you are unable to click, it means that your item is not eligible for return.
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn/unwashed/unscented with tags on, in their original packaging in order to be eligible for return. Do note that Sale and discounted items are strictly not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- Items can be dropped off at our retail stores/HQ. Please fill in the given return form the RMA number that is available after you have submitted the Return Request via your account.

STORE CREDITS
- Store credits with a three-month validity will be issued within 3-5 working days upon receipt of your return(s). It can be used (partially or in full) to offset online and in-store purchases. Any balance credit amount that is not utilized/expired will not be refunded back to you in cash or credits.
- Orders placed with store credits are not eligible for further exchange/returns.
- Kindly note that we do not process cash refunds for such returns.
- If you are returning your item(s) from an order that came with a free gift, the free gift must be returned with any returned item(s) if the remaining value of the order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement for this promotion, or the free gift value will be deducted from the store credit refund.
- Due to separate inventories and accounts for online and retail stores, we are unable to provide cross-exchange for another item available in-store.
INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEMS RECEIVED
If you have received a wrong/defective item.
- Kindly contact our Exchange Department at customers@loveandbravery.com about this issue and we will reply to you within 1 - 2 working days (delays in our email replies may be expected during peak and sale periods).
- Please provide snapshots of the defective area / incorrect item and submit your exchange/return request via email at customers@loveandbravery.com.
- Please wait for a confirmation email before returning your order.
- Proof of defect must be verified by our Customer Service team to be eligible for an exchange/return.
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is deemed defective.
- A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchanges.
- We do not provide cash refunds unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a store credit which you may utilize to purchase other available items.
- Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). We reserve the right to decline exchanges that aren't eligible.
- For local returns, all parcels must be sent back to Love & Bravery within 5 working days of receipt.
- For international returns, it must be sent back within 2 working days and proof of tracking number must be emailed to customers@loveandbravery.com. It should reach Love & Bravery warehouse in no longer than 15 days.
Reasons listed below are NOT considered defects:
- All items are to be hand-washed and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks, etc.) after being washed or soaked, and cannot accept returns due to this reason.
- Slight discrepancy in measurements of up to 0.5 - 0.8 inches difference due to mass production is not considered defective
- Slight variation in the product color due to lighting and different monitor resolutions (eg: yellow vs off-white, dusk lilac vs grey)
- For printed designs, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece.
- Items with minor imperfections (loose thread, crease marks, slight dotted stains, misaligned buttons, etc.) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
- Quality not up to expectation or customer's subjective opinions and preference (inner lining, pockets, etc.)
Love & Bravery provides exchanges/returns for all items except Sale and discounted items, orders made with store credits, accessories, and specifically stated non-returnable items.
FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
- Strictly no cash refunds or returns for store credits for all store purchases, regardless of reason of exchange.
- All Sale, promotional, and discounted items are not eligible for exchanges.
- Please bring along your original store receipt and the item(s) to any of our retail stores for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unworn/unwashed/unscented with tags on, in their original packaging in order to be eligible for exchange.
- Due to separate inventories and accounts for online and retail stores, we are unable to provide cross-exchanges for another item available online.
- In the event that the item/size you would like to exchange for is unavailable at the store of purchase, you may exchange for another design available at the store.
No refund will be provided for the price difference if the exchange item's retail value is lower than that of the original item. - Strictly only one-time exchange.
Love & Bravery provides exchanges for all items except Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes), accessories, and specifically stated non-returnable items.
