How do I become a member?
Simply register for a Love & Bravery account here for free. You will begin at the Standard tier, and can progress to Silver and Gold as you shop and earn LABPoints. For more information on our membership tiers, visit the Membership Program page.

What's new about the membership program? How does this affect existing members?
With effect from 23 September 2025:
- All members can now earn LABPoints and redeem vouchers to offset purchases
- Lowered requirements to attain or maintain Gold tier
- Gold members now get to enjoy multiple-use discounts
- New members now get to enjoy 10% off* their first purchase
If you were already a member before the membership program changes, rest assured that your LABPoints balance remains unchanged. Do note, however, that LABpoints are subject to expiry – please check your LABPoints expiry dates here.
For Silver members who now meet the new Gold tier requirement, you will be upgraded to a Gold member upon your next purchase.

How do I earn LABPoints?
LABPoints are issued based on the amount payable on regular-priced items (excluding shipping fee) for online and in-store orders. No LABPoints will be issued for amounts paid with LAB vouchers, third party vouchers, store credits, or gift cards.

How do I use my LABPoints?
LABPoints can be used to redeem vouchers. For every 1500 LABPoints earned, you will receive a voucher that can be used to offset your online or in-stores purchases. Find out more about our rewards system here.
Note: Any unused voucher balance is non-refundable and will be forfeited. LABPoints are strictly non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I use more than one LABPoints voucher in a single order?
Yes, you can use more than one LABPoints voucher in a single order. At checkout, you will have the option to select how many LABPoints vouchers you would like to use.
Do LABPoints expire? What will happen to expired LABPoints?
LABPoints will expire on the last day of the calendar month, 12 months after the date of issue. For example, if you make a purchase on 1 January 2025, the LABPoints issued from this purchase will expire on 31 January 2026.
Expired LABPoints will be deducted from your LABPoints balance and will not be refunded.
What happens to my LABPoints if I return or exchange an item?
Your LABPoints balance will remain unchanged.
Where can I view my membership tier or LABPoints balance?
You can view your membership tier and LABPoints balance on the Account page. Additionally, a monthly email summary of your LABPoints balance will be sent to you on the first day of each month.
What are the different membership tiers and how do I qualify for each tier?
There are three membership tiers: Standard, Silver, and Gold. You may refer to the Membership Program for full details on how you can qualify for each tier and enjoy the perks that come with them.
What are the benefits of each membership tier and how long do they last?

How do I enjoy my welcome discount?
Simply subscribe to our newsletter and receive a unique, one-time use discount code (valid for 7 days upon receiving it).
Welcome Discount Terms & Conditions:
- No minimum spend
- Only valid on first order, either online or in stores
- Only applicable on regular-priced items
- Cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions
How do I enjoy my birthday discount?
Your birthday discount will be automatically applied to the first online or in-store purchase made during your birthday month – no code needed. Please note that the birthday discount is exclusive to Silver and Gold members, and it is one-time only. If unused, the birthday discount cannot be reissued or extended.
Are membership benefits stackable with other promotions?
The welcome discount, birthday discount, and multiple-use discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
As a Gold member, is the multiple-use discount stackable with LABPoints vouchers / third party vouchers / store credits / gift cards?
Yes. However, please note that LABPoints are issued based on the amount payable on regular-priced items (excluding shipping fee) for online and in-store orders. No LABPoints will be issued for amounts paid with LABPoints vouchers, third party vouchers, store credits, or gift cards.
As a Gold member, can I make a return or an exchange if the order was made with a multiple-use discount?
Returns: Yes, you can return your item(s) in exchange for store credits. Store credits will be issued based on the amount payable (excluding shipping fee). No store credits will be issued for amounts paid with LABPoints vouchers, third party vouchers, store credits, or gift cards. Please note that return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges: Yes, you can exchange your item(s) in stores for another item of equal or higher value.
