Terms and Conditions
- POINTS SYSTEM
LABPoints are issued based on the amount payable on regular-priced items (excluding shipping fee) for online and in-store orders. No LABPoints will be issued for amounts paid with LAB vouchers, third party vouchers, store credits, or gift cards. LABPoints will expire on the last day of the calendar month, 12 months after the date of issue. For example, if you make a purchase on 1 January 2025, the LABPoints issued from this purchase will expire on 31 January 2026. - REWARDS SYSTEM
Vouchers redeemed with LABPoints can be used online and in stores. More than one LABPoints voucher can be used in a single order. - WELCOME DISCOUNT
