If you’re shopping in another currency, your purchase will first be converted to SGD before your LABpoints and membership tier are updated.

Membership Tiers

Standard Member
All new sign-ups are automatically enrolled as Standard Members — no additional registration needed.

Silver Member
To upgrade to Silver, simply:

  • Spend S$150 in a single transaction, or

  • Spend S$250 within 90 days on regular-priced items (online or in-store).

Silver Member Benefits:

  • Earn 10 LABpoints for every BND1 spent*

  • One-time 10% birthday discount on your first online purchase during your birthday month

  • Access to exclusive previews and members-only promotions

Gold Member
Achieve Gold status by spending S$1500 within 12 months on regular-priced items.

Gold Member Benefits:

  • Earn 15 LABpoints for every BND1 spent*

  • One-time 15% birthday discount on your first online purchase during your birthday month

  • Access to exclusive previews and members-only promotions

*Points are earned only on regular-priced items.

To maintain Gold status, a minimum annual spend of S$1500 is required.

How do I become a member?
Simply sign up for a free account with us at www.loveandbravery.com.
Once you’re a member, you’ll start earning LABpoints with every qualifying purchase and enjoy a host of member-exclusive perks.

Earning & Redeeming LABpoints

Is there a minimum spend to redeem LABpoints?
No minimum spend is required to use your vouchers.

How are LABpoints calculated?
Points are awarded based on the final amount paid (after discounts, excluding taxes/shipping).
No points are given for amounts paid with:

  • Shopping mall vouchers

  • Store credits

  • Gift vouchers or gift cards

How do I redeem LABpoints?
You can redeem LABpoints during checkout under the Credits & Rewards section.

Redemption rates:

  • 3,000 LABpoints = BND10 voucher

  • 7,500 LABpoints = BND30 voucher

Minimum of 3,000 points required to redeem. Unused voucher balances will not be refunded.

What can I use LABpoints for?
Redeem them to offset your next online purchase — just choose the voucher during checkout.

Can I redeem points for cash?
No. LABpoints are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.

Birthday Perks

How do I get my birthday discount?
If you’re a Silver or Gold member, the birthday discount is automatically applied to your first order placed during your birthday month. No code is needed!

Can I use the birthday discount multiple times?
The birthday discount can only be used once per birthday month and cannot be extended or reinstated once used.

Note: Standard members are not eligible for birthday discounts.

Membership T&Cs

  • Where can I use LAB vouchers?
    Vouchers can only be used on www.loveandbravery.com during checkout.
    Unused portions of a voucher are non-refundable.

  • Do LABpoints expire?
    Yes, all LABpoints are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.
    Expired points or vouchers cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

  • Are there exclusions for earning points?
    Points are not awarded for:

    • Shipping fees

    • Gift card purchases

    • Sale or discounted items
