ONLINE PURCHASES

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Yes, you may exchange or return a defective item at any of our retail outlets. For exchanges of the same item, you can either:

  • Exchange it in-store for any item of equal or higher value, or

  • Request a specific item or size through our Customer Service (CS) team, who will arrange for it to be sent to the store for your exchange.

Please follow the steps below within 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on 'Order History'.

  3. Select the order you wish to return.

  4. Click the 'Return Items' tab and upload a photo of the defect along with the reason for return.

  5. If the button is unavailable, contact us with your order number and reason here. Our CS team will assist you with an exchange or issue store credits.

Note:

  • All defects must be verified by our Retail Sales Associates or CS team before approval.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Refunds are only processed if the same item is out of stock.

  • Cash refunds are not offered; store credits will be issued instead (valid for 3 months).

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.

  • We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our return criteria.


    WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT?

  • Slight measurement discrepancies (within 0.5 – 0.8 inches)

  • Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen settings

  • Irregularities in printed designs (e.g. alignment, symmetry)

  • Minor imperfections (e.g. loose threads, crease marks, small stains) that do not affect wearability

  • Quality concerns based on personal preference (e.g. lining, material thickness)

  • Damages due to improper washing (e.g. colour runs, shrinkage). All items should be hand-washed and not soaked.

I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're sorry for the mix-up. Please follow the same steps listed above to initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

Additional notes for returns:

  • Local returns: Must be sent back within 5 working days.

  • International returns: Must be shipped within 2 working days with tracking details emailed to customers@loveandbravery.com. The parcel must arrive within 15 days.


CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Yes, if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for store credits (valid for 3 months) or exchange them at our stores.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the shipping/delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, with tags on, and in original packaging.

  • Sale and discounted items, accessories, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible.

To return:

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Click 'Order History'.

  3. Select your order.

  4. Click 'Return Items'. If this option is unavailable, the item may not be eligible.

STORE CREDITS

  • Issued within 3–5 working days upon receipt of return.

  • Valid for 3 months and usable online or in-store.

  • Partial usage is allowed; unused balances will not be refunded or extended.

  • Returns involving free gifts: If the remaining order value no longer qualifies for the promotion, the free gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from the store credit.


EXCHANGES

  • Only one-time exchanges are allowed.

  • Items must be exchanged for those of equal or higher value.

  • Exchanged items are not eligible for further exchange or return.

  • For orders with free gifts, return the gift if your remaining order value no longer meets the promotional criteria.


TIKTOK ORDERS

To return a TikTok order:

  • Mail it back to our HQ or drop it off at any of our stores.

  • There's no need to initiate the return through the TikTok platform.

  • Store credits will be issued within 3–5 working days of receiving your return.


IN-STORE PURCHASES

CAN I RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT IN- STORE?

You may return in-store purchases for exchange onlystore credits and cash refunds are not available.

Conditions:

  • Exchange must be done within 14 days from the purchase date.

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags intact.

  • Final Sale items, discounted items (including those bought with promo codes), accessories, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible.

  • Please bring your original receipt.

  • Exchanges must be made at the same store, and no refund will be issued for price differences.

  • Cross-channel exchanges (e.g. online for retail) are not allowed.
