Using LABpoints

How are LABpoints calculated?
Points are awarded based on the final amount paid for online and in-store purchases of regular-priced items.
No points will be issued for amounts paid using store credits, mall vouchers, gift cards, or gift vouchers.

Is there a minimum spend to redeem LABpoints?
No minimum spend is required when using your LAB voucher.

How do I redeem LABpoints?
Redemption is available at checkout under the "Credits & Rewards" section:

  • 3,000 LABpoints = S$10 voucher

  • 7,500 LABpoints = S$30 voucher

Where can I use LAB vouchers?
LAB vouchers can be used during checkout online or presented in-store before payment.
Note: Any unused voucher balance will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Can LABpoints be redeemed for cash?
No. LABpoints are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How do I get my birthday discount?
No code needed! The discount will be auto-applied to your first order during your birthday month.

  • Valid for Silver and Gold members only.

  • Can be used online or in-store.

Can I use my birthday discount multiple times?
No, birthday discounts are valid for one-time use only during your birthday month. They cannot be reinstated or extended if unused.

Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Voucher Use: Vouchers are valid only on Love & Bravery's website or at our physical stores.
    Any unused value will not be refunded.

  • Expiry of Points: All LABpoints are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
    Expired points or vouchers will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

  • Gold Membership Maintenance: Requires a minimum annual spend of S$1500.

  • Points Exclusion:
    LABpoints are not awarded for:

    • Shipping fees

    • Gift card purchases
