How do I use a discount code?

To apply a discount code, enter it in the "DISCOUNT" field at checkout and click "APPLY DISCOUNT".


Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied once your order has been confirmed.


I haven’t received a response to my email inquiry. What should I do?

Our customer support team is available from Monday to Sunday, 10am – 6pm. We aim to respond to all queries within 1 day.
Please note that there may be delays during peak periods and sales.


I’m having trouble logging into my Love & Bravery account.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A new password will be sent to your registered email. To ensure you receive it, please add customers@loveandbravery.com to your address book or check your spam/junk folder.


I can’t proceed to payment. What should I do?

If you're unable to enter your payment details or complete your checkout, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the chat bot for immediate assistance.


Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

For security reasons and due to fast warehouse processing, we are unable to make changes once an order is confirmed.

If you need to cancel your order, please email customers@loveandbravery.com.
Do note:

  • Cancellations are eligible for store credits only (valid for 3 months).

  • Cash refunds are not available.


Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Yes, you’ll need to create an account to shop with us. Having an account lets you:

  • Save your shipping addresses

  • Track your orders

  • Accumulate rewards points

  • Enjoy members-only discounts


How do I place an order?

Select your desired item, choose the appropriate size and colour, then click “Add to Cart”.
When you're ready, proceed to Checkout to complete your payment.


How do I create an account?

Click on “LOGIN” at the top-right corner of our website.
Fill in your details to register.
If you already have an account, simply log in using your email and password.


I’m having trouble checking out. What should I do?

If you're unable to check out an item, it may be out of stock. Try refreshing the product page to confirm availability or check back later.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card payments via PayDollar’s secure gateway.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is completed.

  • Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 working days from confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days.

  • We use express couriers and deliver to your doorstep (no delivery to P.O. Boxes).

  • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If an order is returned due to unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to charge return shipping and handling fees.

Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds vary by country.

Do you offer free local shipping?

Yes! Complimentary standard courier is provided for local (Singapore) orders:

  • Above S$50 (in-stock or backorder-only orders): Free

  • Below S$50: S$3.50 shipping fee


What are the local delivery options?

Standard Courier:

  • Delivered within 3–5 working days (excluding weekends/public holidays)

  • Trackable via J&T Express website

Self-Collection:
Available at our HQ or retail stores. Orders are ready for pick-up within 3–5 working days. Please wait for an email notification before heading down.

Self-Collection Locations:

  • JEM: #02-49 (Daily 11am–9.30pm)

Note: Please collect within 14 days of the notification email. Uncollected items will be returned to HQ, and additional redelivery charges may apply.

How are backorders shipped?

If your order contains both in-stock and backorder items:

  • You may select your preferred delivery method for each.

  • In-stock items will be delivered first.

  • Backorders are shipped separately upon arrival at our warehouse (usually within 3–5 working days).

  • Complimentary shipping for backorder-only local orders over S$50.

  • No additional fee for self-collection of backorders.

Once shipped, a dispatch confirmation email will be sent. Please note that we are not liable for lost parcels if proof of postage is provided.


Can I amend or combine my orders?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or combine separate orders. Kindly ensure your details are correct before confirming your purchase.


How do I track my order?

Local Orders (Singapore):
Track your parcel via J&T Express using the tracking number provided.

International Orders:
Tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.


Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes, you will receive email notifications at every stage of your order. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.


What happens if I didn’t receive my order or an item is missing?

Please email us at customers@loveandbravery.com or via our chatbot with your order number. We’ll get back to you within 1 day (longer during peak periods).
