How can I return my order from Malaysia?
Returning your order is easy!
We have 3 options for you:
1. Use your preferred courier
Feel free to return the item(s) using any courier service you like. Just mail them to:

Don’t forget to include the completed return form with your RMA number (RMA-11XXXXX-XXXX) clearly written on it. We highly recommend using registered mail to avoid any issues with lost parcels, as we won’t be able to process your store credits if we don’t receive the return.
After mailing it out, log into your account and update the tracking number under ‘Order History’. If there’s no tracking info, we won’t be able to assist with lost parcels.
We’ll send you an email as soon as your store credits have been processed.
2. Return via Aramex
Upon confirmation, we’ll be arranging your return through our courier partner, Aramex. You’ll receive an airway bill shortly, please print it out and attach it securely to your return parcel. If you don’t have access to a printer, you may handwrite the details shown on the airway bill and affix it to your package.
Kindly ensure that all tags are intact and the item remains unwashed. Please note that return shipping fees of 30RM will be borne by the customer.
If your pickup address differs from the one listed in your account, or if you have any questions, feel free to reply to this email or contact us via our chatbot.
3. Return via Ninja Van PUDO points
Unavailable for pick up service? You may also drop off at various Ninja Van PUDO Points. Just reach out to us and we’ll help you with the process and share the latest PUDO point list.
The return fee of 20RM will be deducted from your credits unless it is a defect / incorrect item sent.

Can I exchange or return my item at your Singapore store?
We’re unable to offer exchanges at our Singapore store due to currency differences. However, you can drop off your item, and we’ll issue store credits for you.
For defective or incorrect items, we can process the return for you. Just message us via our chatbot, and we’ll start the return process.
Can I exchange an item for another one instead of receiving store credits?
If you’re not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item for store credits, valid for 3 months.
Currently, we don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return your item and place a new order.
To start your return, log in to your account and follow the instructions on the return portal.
All returns must be made within 21 days of the shipping date.
No Cash Refunds.
To process your return:

Log in to your account.

Go to ‘Order History’ and select the order you want to return.

Click on the ‘Return Items’ tab. (If you can’t click, the item isn’t eligible for return.)

If eligible, contact our Customer Service via chatbot, WhatsApp, or email to receive your return waybill.

For returns due to defects or errors, we will credit your shipping fee along with the original payment.

For returns due to change of mind, the shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, with tags on, and in original packaging.

FInal Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Love & Bravery reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet the criteria.
Returns must be dropped off at Ninja Van PUDO points. When searching for a PUDO point, select ‘I want to return a parcel’.
Store Credits:

Store credits will be issued within 3-5 working days of receiving your return.

Credits are valid for 3 months and can be used toward future purchases (either partially or fully). Unused or expired credits are not refundable.

If you received a free gift with your order, the gift must be returned along with the item(s) to meet the promotion’s minimum purchase requirement. Otherwise, the free gift value will be deducted from your store credit.
Exchanges:
Exchanged items are not eligible for further exchanges or returns.

Defective or Incorrect Item Received
We apologize if you received a defective or incorrect item.
Please follow the steps below to process your return within 21 days from the delivery date:

Log in to your account.

Go to ‘Order History’ and select the order with the issue.

Click ‘Return Items’ and submit a photo of the defect and reason for the return.

If you’re unable to click, contact us with your order number and return reason. Our team will assist you with the return process. We do not provide refunds unless the item is out of stock.

If eligible, our Customer Service team will provide a return waybill.
For defective or incorrect items, we’ll credit your shipping fee and original payment. If it’s a change of mind, the shipping fee will be deducted from your store credits.

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns will not be accepted for items that don’t meet the above conditions.
For international returns, please ensure your return is processed within 2 working days, and it must reach our warehouse within 15 days.

Defects must be verified by our Customer Service team to qualify for a return.

Exchanges are only available for defective items, and we do not offer cash refunds unless the item is out of stock.

We do not accept returns for items with minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, slight stains, or misaligned buttons) that don’t affect overall appearance.
Not Considered Defects:

Items that have been washed or soaked.

Slight measurement discrepancies (up to 0.5 - 0.8 inches).

Color variations due to lighting or monitor differences.
-
Variations in prints, such as alignment or color patches.
-
Minor imperfections like loose threads or minor stains.
Love & Bravery does not offer exchanges or returns for Final Sale items, accessories, or non-returnable items.
Return Processing & Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the return conditions, we’ll process it within 7 business days.
If your return qualifies for store credits, they’ll be available in your account. For eligible refunds, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
