How do I use a discount code?
To apply a discount code, enter it in the "DISCOUNT" field at checkout and click "APPLY DISCOUNT".
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied once your order has been confirmed.
I have not received a response to my email inquiry, what should I do?
Our customer support team is available from Monday to Sunday, 10am – 6pm. We aim to respond to all queries within 1 day.
Please note that there may be delays during peak periods and sales.
I'm having trouble logging into my Love and Bravery account.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A new password will be sent to your registered email. To ensure you receive it, please add customers@loveandbravery.com to your address book or check your spam/junk folder.
I can't proceed to payment. What should I do?
If you're unable to enter your payment details or complete your checkout, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the chat bot for immediate assistance.
Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
For security reasons and due to fast warehouse processing, we are unable to make changes once an order is confirmed.

How do I place an order?
Select your desired item, choose the appropriate size and colour, then click “Add to Cart”.
When you're ready, proceed to Checkout to complete your payment.
How do I create an account?
Click on “LOGIN” at the top-right corner of our website.
Fill in your details to register.
If you already have an account, simply log in using your email and password.
I'm having trouble checking out. What should I do?
If you're unable to check out an item, it may be out of stock. Try refreshing the product page to confirm availability or check back later.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card payments via PayDollar’s secure gateway.

Orders are only confirmed once payment is completed.

Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes.
International Shipping Information
Do you ship to USA?
Yes, we do! We offer complimentary international shipping to the U.S. with a minimum purchase of $50 USD, or a flat shipping rate of $25 USD for orders under $50.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods such as sales or holidays. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.
All orders are shipped via express courier services and delivered straight to your address. Please note that we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, it will ship only when all items are ready. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for backordered products.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All applicable taxes and duties are included at checkout, so you won’t encounter any additional charges at customs.

Can I collect my order in store?
Currently, international self-collection is not available.

Backorders & mixed orders
If your purchase includes both in-stock and backordered items, your order will only ship once the backordered items are ready.
To receive your in-stock items sooner, place separate orders. Please note, additional shipping charges may apply.
You will be notified by email and in your account once your backordered items are shipped.
Missing or delayed orders

Missing Items: Contact us at customers@loveandbravery.com or via our chatbot with your order number. We'll get back to you within 1 working day (longer during peak seasons).

Delayed Parcels: If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery time, please reach out through the same channels. We’ll investigate and update you as soon as possible.
