How do I use a discount code?

To apply a discount code, enter it in the "DISCOUNT" field at checkout and click "APPLY DISCOUNT".


Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied once your order has been confirmed.


I haven’t received a response to my email inquiry. What should I do?

Our customer support team is available from Monday to Sunday, 10am – 6pm. We aim to respond to all queries within 1 day.
Please note that there may be delays during peak periods and sales.


I’m having trouble logging into my Love & Bravery account.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A new password will be sent to your registered email. To ensure you receive it, please add customers@loveandbravery.com to your address book or check your spam/junk folder.


I can’t proceed to payment. What should I do?

If you're unable to enter your payment details or complete your checkout, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the chat bot for immediate assistance.


Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

For security reasons and due to fast warehouse processing, we are unable to make changes once an order is confirmed.

If you need to cancel your order, please email customers@loveandbravery.com.
Do note:

  • Cancellations are eligible for store credits only (valid for 3 months).

  • Cash refunds are not available.


Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Yes, you’ll need to create an account to shop with us. Having an account lets you:

  • Save your shipping addresses

  • Track your orders

  • Accumulate rewards points

  • Enjoy members-only discounts


How do I place an order?

Select your desired item, choose the appropriate size and colour, then click “Add to Cart”.
When you're ready, proceed to Checkout to complete your payment.


How do I create an account?

Click on “LOGIN” at the top-right corner of our website.
Fill in your details to register.
If you already have an account, simply log in using your email and password.


I’m having trouble checking out. What should I do?

If you're unable to check out an item, it may be out of stock. Try refreshing the product page to confirm availability or check back later.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card payments via PayDollar’s secure gateway.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is completed.

  • Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes.

Shipping to Malaysia & International Destinations

Do you ship to Malaysia?

Yes, we do!
We offer free delivery to Malaysia for all orders!

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 3–5 working days. During peak or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days.

All Malaysian orders are shipped via express courier, delivered directly to your address. Kindly note: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If your order contains both in-stock and backorder items, it will be shipped only when the backorder items arrive. To receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing a separate order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Additional customs duties or taxes may be applied depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in your total at checkout.

We advise contacting your local customs office to get accurate information before ordering. If you decline to pay the duties and the package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for any return costs incurred.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Please double-check your order before confirming. We are unable to modify or combine separate orders after they are placed.


Will I Be Charged Taxes & Duties?

Your package may be subject to local customs inspection, and applicable fees will be assessed by your country’s authorities.

You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties before your package can be released. If the package is refused or unclaimed, you will bear any return shipping and administrative charges incurred.


Tracking & Notifications

  • Order Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Notifications: Updates will also be available through your account dashboard.


Can I Collect My Order In Person?

We currently do not offer international self-collection. However, if you are visiting Singapore, you may opt for store pickup at these locations:

Orders take 3–5 working days to arrive at the selected store. You’ll receive an email once it’s ready for collection.

Please collect your order within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed orders will be returned to HQ, and re-delivery charges will apply.


What Happens If I Order a Backordered Item with an In-Stock Item?

If your order includes both in-stock and backorder items, your entire order will ship once all items are available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, place a separate order for the backordered items (additional shipping charges may apply).

You’ll receive an email notification when your backorder item has shipped.


Missing Items or Delayed Parcels

If an item is missing from your order or your parcel has not arrived, please contact us at customers@loveandbravery.com or reach out via our chatbot. Include your order number so we can assist you promptly.
