How do I use a discount code?

To apply a discount code, enter it in the "DISCOUNT" field at checkout and click "APPLY DISCOUNT".


Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied once your order has been confirmed.


I haven’t received a response to my email inquiry. What should I do?

Our customer support team is available from Monday to Sunday, 10am – 6pm. We aim to respond to all queries within 1 day.
Please note that there may be delays during peak periods and sales.


I’m having trouble logging into my Love & Bravery account.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A new password will be sent to your registered email. To ensure you receive it, please add customers@loveandbravery.com to your address book or check your spam/junk folder.


I can’t proceed to payment. What should I do?

If you're unable to enter your payment details or complete your checkout, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the chat bot for immediate assistance.


Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

For security reasons and due to fast warehouse processing, we are unable to make changes once an order is confirmed.

If you need to cancel your order, please email customers@loveandbravery.com.
Do note:

  • Cancellations are eligible for store credits only (valid for 3 months).

  • Cash refunds are not available.


Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Yes, you’ll need to create an account to shop with us. Having an account lets you:

  • Save your shipping addresses

  • Track your orders

  • Accumulate rewards points

  • Enjoy members-only discounts


How do I place an order?

Select your desired item, choose the appropriate size and colour, then click “Add to Cart”.
When you're ready, proceed to Checkout to complete your payment.


How do I create an account?

Click on “LOGIN” at the top-right corner of our website.
Fill in your details to register.
If you already have an account, simply log in using your email and password.


I’m having trouble checking out. What should I do?

If you're unable to check out an item, it may be out of stock. Try refreshing the product page to confirm availability or check back later.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card payments via PayDollar’s secure gateway.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is completed.

  • Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes.

International Shipping Information

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 3–5 working days. Please note that during high-traffic periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take longer. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from the date of shipment.

All orders are shipped via express courier services and will be delivered directly to your address. Kindly note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders containing both in-stock and backordered items will only be shipped when all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for backordered products.

You can estimate your shipping costs by clicking the “CALCULATE SHIPPING” button at checkout after adding items to your cart.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that the shipping fee charged at checkout does not include taxes or import duties. Your order may be subject to customs inspections, and any applicable charges will be assessed according to your country’s regulations.

You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes required before your parcel can be delivered. If you refuse delivery or fail to claim your order, you will be liable for any return costs, including duties and return shipping.

For an estimate of customs and import fees, you may use online calculators, but we recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate information.

Can I Collect My Order in Store?

Currently, international self-collection is not available.
If you’re visiting Singapore, you’re welcome to pick up your order at one of our local retail locations:

Backorders & Mixed Orders

If your purchase includes both in-stock and backordered items, your order will only ship once the backordered items are ready.
To receive your in-stock items sooner, place separate orders. Please note, additional shipping charges may apply.

You will be notified by email and in your account once your backordered items are shipped.


Missing or Delayed Orders

  • Missing Items: Contact us at customers@loveandbravery.com or via our chatbot with your order number. We'll get back to you within 1 working day (longer during peak seasons).

  • Delayed Parcels: If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery time, please reach out through the same channels. We’ll investigate and update you as soon as possible.


Is There Free Shipping for International Orders?

Yes! Enjoy complimentary standard shipping when your order meets the minimum purchase requirement for your region (see the table above).
