How to order

Step 1: Shopping Bag
Click on a category of choice from the top selection bar. Click on a thumbnail of choice for a larger view and description of the item. Select the colour, size and quantity, and then click on 'Add to Bag'. You can continue shopping by clicking on another category or thumbnail. Else, you can proceed to check out by clicking on your shopping bag, which can be found on the top right hand corner of the window.

Step 2: Contact Info
You will be asked to provide a valid email address. If you are a registered shopper, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account.

Step 3: Order confirmation
Review the list of items that you have selected to purchase and click “Confirm” to complete the submit your order. Please note that at the items have not been reserved for you at this juncture until you click to confirm the purchase. If you need to make any amendments to the list of items, you can click on “Edit” and you will be brought back to Step 1: Shopping Bag.

Step 4: Finished shopping
An on-screen receipt will be generated, together with the reference number. You will need the reference number to confirm payment and to check your order status. Make sure you write down your confirmation number just in case you need to reference it later. In addition, a payment advice will be sent to your email address.

Should you not receive the payment advice, please click on “My Account” to verify that your order has been placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders placed. For registered users, you can also view your order status by logging in with your email address and password and then click on "Order Summary".

The item(s) will be held for 24 HOURS from the time the payment advice is sent. If payment is not made within the 24 hours period, the item(s) will be released to the next pending customer without prior notice. LOVE AND BRAVERY will strictly follow the chronological order of the pending list and release the item accordingly.

For items that are pending, you will have an option of adding your email address to the pending list and we will contact you should any of the deals fall.

Payment method

LOVE AND BRAVERY accepts the following payment options:
1. Internet Banking (DBS/POSB)
2. ATM transfers (DBS/POSB)
3. Cash Deposit (DBS/POSB)

Other payment options such as, but not limited to, PayPal or interbank transfers, will only be accepted upon approval. In cases where extra charges are involved, all costs will be borne by customers.

Concealed cash will not be accepted and we regret that no exceptions will be made.

How to submit payment

For non-account holders, you can submit the payment details AFTER the payment has been made by clicking on ‘My Account’. You will be asked for your email address, your reference number and shipping information (which includes the address you wish to have the package shipped to). Enter all the mandatory details and click on ‘Submit’.

For registered users, you can also submit your payment details by logging in with your email address and password and then click on "Order Summary" to find your order.

Payment verification will take THREE WORKING DAYS. Once payment has been verified, the status will be updated on LOVE AND BRAVERY. An email confirmation will be sent when the package has been sent out.

Modify or Cancel Order

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please be 100% sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed.

Delivery Information

Postage is charged according to the cumulative weight of the items and in accordance to the postage rates as provided by the mail service provider. The LOVE AND BRAVERY’ default mail service provider is SingPost and you can find the postage rates for local packages and overseas packages at their website. In addition, a handling fee of up to S$0.50 will be charged for each transaction. Kindly note that there will be no cash refund for complete orders that have been successfully mailed out.

Normal Mail

Normal mails usually arrive within 2 working days, but may take up to 5 working days from the shipped date, excluding public holidays. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

LOVE AND BRAVERY will not be responsible for any lost mails in such instances. It is up to our discretion and of goodwill that we help check with the mail service provider with regards to the missing packages. For SingPost, you can enquire about your packages here or call them at 1605 (local) or +65 6841 2000 (overseas). We advise our customers to use registered mail to better ensure that the package will arrive safely at your doorsteps.

Registered Mail

Registered mail involves an additional standard charge of S$2.24. Registered packages usually arrive within 2 working days, but may take up to 5 working days from the shipped date, excluding public holidays. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

If your order consists of in-stock items as well as backorder items (awaiting for shipment to arrive), all non-backorder items will first be mailed out via registered postage. Each backorder item will later be mailed separately and individually via normal postage once each item(s) arrived unless otherwise requested.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. A tracking number, or registered article number (RA#), allows you to check the status of the package with the mail service provider. For SingPost, you can track the status of your package here.

Free Shipping Promotion

Unless otherwise stated, free shipping covers the normal postage costs within Singapore. Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs.
