Colours
LOVE AND BRAVERY makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

The LOVE AND BRAVERY Return and Exchange Policy apply only to online purchases made through www.loveandbravery.com

All sales of e-Vouchers, Gift cards, LOVE AND BRAVERY cards, jewelry and items marked as "Sale" are final. These "Final Sale" items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit.

For all other items, to qualify for an exchange, refund or credit, merchandise and items must be returned unworn and unwashed, accompanied by the invoice.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from shipped date. If any item, other than "Final Sale" items, purchased at www.loveandbravery.com falls into any of the following conditions, it may be returned to LOVE AND BRAVERY by mail.

Conditions to qualify for return and exchange are as follow:

There is defect in our merchandise. Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discolouration.
Wrong merchandise size shipped.
Please write us an e-mail stating the invoice number and send it to loveandbravery@gmail.com including snapshots of the "defective" item for us to determine the severity of defect before we request for the item to be mailed back to us.

Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. LOVE AND BRAVERY strongly encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking capability and will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. LOVE AND BRAVERY will only bear the "normal postage" shipping cost for returns.

For items that are deem defected by LOVE AND BRAVERY, we will exchange for the same item that is still instock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. Other than the above mentioned, LOVE AND BRAVERY strictly does not entertain any forms of refunds.

LOVE AND BRAVERY reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back to LOVE AND BRAVERY without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.

This site and all contents of the site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
